Kalissi understands the importance of protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers and as such, has adopted company privacy policies for your protection. By visiting our site, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
COLLECTING INFORMATION & CONTACTING YOU
Kalissi will collect your information via the newsletter, the account sign up page, and information provided when you place an order. Information such as name, email address, credit card, and billing and shipping addresses, will be used by us to process your order, manage your account, complete deliveries, personalise your use of the website, and send you Kalissi updates such as new arrivals and promotions. Some data such as name, email address, credit card details, and billing and shipping addresses, are mandatory for us to be able to process your order. Should you either subscribe to the newsletter, we will occasionally update you with product details and special offers via e-mail, post and/or telephone. Occasionally we will also review email activity so that we only send you content you would be interested in – this means that we may change email content based on what our customers open and read. All recipients of Kalissi communications have the ability to opt-out of receiving communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email that we have sent you. You have complete control over how your personal data is used. If you would like us to delete or change your personal information or account details in any way, or if you have any questions about how your personal data is collected and used, please let us know by emailing help@kalissi.com and we will be sure to respond immediately. We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). Facebook pixels are also used.
WHEN WE WILL USE YOUR INFORMATION

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

ANIMAL WELFARE POLICY
Kalissi products do not use any materials in which animals have been slaughtered or harmed. We do not agree with animal cruelty.
ETHICAL TRADING POLICY
All our suppliers shall comply with all laws applicable to their business. All our suppliers are expected to adhere to the principles of the United Nations Global Compact, UN Declaration of Human Rights as well as the 1998 International Labour Organisation’s “Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work” in accordance with law and practice. Kalissi is committed to trading relationships which are both commercially and ethical viable. We support fair trade and the only operate with suppliers, manufacturers who comply with our ethical trading policy. We will appraise these suppliers against the following standards. This policy sets out the minimum labour standards that we expect our suppliers to comply with: • There is no forced labour • Child labour is not used • No racial or sexual discrimination is practiced • Working hours comply with local national standards • Wages meet the minimum local standards • Human and civil rights are respected • Bribery either to customers or from suppliers is not acceptable.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
